We had our daughters wedding here today, Georgian room beautifully done, service was wonderful. Everyone involved from the museum superb. I highly recommend it.
The glass exhibition is beautiful and worth a visit! The museum as a whole is very interesting with a lovely little tea room.
Went on a special celebration day in Aylesbury,. Only some of the museum was open but still very good with a variety of things shown. People were dressed up in medieval costume. There was dancing, archery and other games outside. Inside the exhibition of the the future house. Particularly the way it was build, the structure also showing the old brands and decoration. Lots of artists about old Aylesbury. Ended my visit watching a film about the work dogs do such as aids to blind and also with life threatening problems. How much more varied a visit can you get.
We were lucky to get a disabled parking space outside. Very well set out exhibitions
Excellent wide range of interesting exhibits, well displayed and labelled. Temporary Lego exhibition is particularly good and not just for children and enhanced by related non Lego items. Good cafe with adjacent garden helps sustain long visit. Friendly and helpful team. Free but donation well deserved.
