Ordered a cake last year for son's birthday party. Superhero Themed for toddlerCame to collect but had been sold to someone else(!)!No compensation given just verbal apology. Charged full price for alternative plain cake. Tasted ok but customer service very poor

Started eating one of my iced decorations to find there was a cocktail stick inside. Could've been severely hurt.
Awful. I brought for friends' and my own children as a treat. We had a mixture of cupcakes and 'slices' and I was really looking forward to these delights when we got home. My children took a single forkful and asked if they could leave them. We had a chocolate and cherry slice and a vanilla slice. They are artificial cream (I thought they were buttercream but they were MUCH worse) and the sponge tasted of DAMP ? Both tasted identical, the chocolate and vanilla weren't distinguishable. I actually called my friends and cautioned them about the box they'd taken away as a gift from me. Don't go there, it's NASTY.
