Didn't get the car I expected but not a major problem due to being organised via insurance company. Picked up from home on time and Laura T was both friendly and very efficient. Same goes for returning the car, no issues or waiting around and given a lift home. First class branch.
The service we received was first-class. From the initial drop off of the vehicle to being driven to where my car was parked at a body shop (Nicky Kassam even stayed to help me remove the old car seat and fit my babys new car seat out of his own goodwill), I was very impressed. Top marks! Thank you for going the extra mile.
Booked a Luton Van 2 weeks in advanced for moving house, i was phoned at 5:30pm the day before to say we are unable to give you a van can you move the day you need the van. There was attempts made to get a Mercedes sprinter which was coming from reading the moring of the move and wasn't going to arrive until lunchtime when my original pickup time was 8am. Luckily Pratical van hire in aylesbury had one Luton van left otherwise moving house would of been very tricky. It was actually the 5th customer that week that practical van hire had received from let down customers from enterprise. I'm never going to use Enterprise for Van hire again shocking.
